Our business is hotel liquidation, specializing in the purchase, removal and resale of guestroom and all common area furnishings. Coast to Coast is able to service complete or partial guestroom liquidation, small or large projects, 10 to 1000 rooms. We can tailor our proposal and services to fit your specific needs, whether it be renovate-remain open or temporary close projects.

We submit competitive bids for hotel furnishings, but more importantly we are capable of removing items from your hotel property in a professional and expedient manner. How does the process work?

After initial contact we will visit your property and take a look at a sampling of the items (guest rooms, common areas) that you will be replacing. We will then provide you with a written proposal within two days. Our bid can be submitted to fit your specific needs.

Bid on furnishings based on our crew providing the labor to remove from hotel. This will be done in a professional and expedient manner with an experienced crew of our own. Depending on what is being replaced and the layout of the property, (elevators, hallways, parking lot), a general rule is thirty (30) to fifty (50) complete guest rooms can be removed per day.

Bid based on picking furnishings up as needed, that have already been removed and put into storage, (guestrooms, storage trailers, containers, warehouse, etc.). This can be especially useful when only doing partial guestroom renovations. Northcoast will supply storage trailers or containers when needed.

In many cases, especially if it is a straight replacement project that you are undertaking, Northcoast can submit bid based on our crew removing existing furnishings and placing the new furnishings into your hotel.

We can remove between fifty (50) and one hundred (100) sets of mattress & box spring sets and then replace them with new sets the same day, enabling you to rent those rooms that night.
